Hello, we offer our studio located 50 m from Mouettes Beach. Beach access will be directly via a path through the dune, no need for cars or crossing a road. You can rent our studio whenever you want all year round for a minimum of 2 nights in low season & 5 nights in high season (school holiday periods). There are free parking spaces on the street but no reserved parking. Enjoy your stay with us! The space Equipment: stove, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher. Dining table for 4 people. 1 sofa bed, coffee table and TV with orange box + wifi - 5G orange network 1 bed of 140 cm for 2 people. Shower room & separate toilet, washing machine, hairdryer. Duvets, linens and towels will be provided. Guest access The studio is located on the 1st floor at number 5, the key is in a coded box. Check-in will be carried out independently. Other things to note In season: Less than 300 meters from the studio, you will find all the shops (bakery, food, PMU, fishmongers, pharmacy, restaurants, bars, etc.), + a market twice a week in the summer. see on the sainthilairederiez website - marches-forains Off season: The nearest shops will be about 8 to 10 km towards Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie or Saint-Jean-de-Monts. To occupy your days outside the beach, you can find nearby tree climbing (feelingforest) or Atlantic toboggan. The seaside resort of Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez stretches over 10 km of fine sand and 3 km of rocky coasts, ideal for a quiet walk.
