Peaceful house on a farm near Vitaby, Kivik, Österlen

Detached house located on our property. The house has three bedrooms, 5 beds and a travel bed for babies. Several cozy places, inside and out, to retreat, enjoy or socialize. Private garden and patios. Outside, there is a dining area on the wooden deck next to the kitchen and a breakfast area with morning sun. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Toilet/shower with washing machine. If you are looking for tranquility but still with proximity to the sea, beach and Österlen's culture and sights, this is an excellent place. The space On the lower floor, there is a kitchen, bathroom and living room. Upstairs, there is a small seating area for two in the window bay. Three bedrooms, two of which have a double bed and the third is a single bed. The stairs up to the upper floor are quite steep, which can mean problems for, for example, larger dogs, it has handrails and baby gates both up and down. In the bathroom, there is a simple changing table for small babies.
