In the middle of the garden

A former pigsty and feed kitchen awaits you, lovingly converted into a vacation home. It features a shower room with large walk-in shower and direct access to the courtyard. The living room has been modernized with clay plaster. Solid oak floorboards also contribute to a pleasant living/room climate. From the living room and bedroom you can access the garden and terrace. Here you can sunbathe, relax, sit by the campfire, etc. The space We have prepared the apartment from the former pigsty (1 living room and bedroom). The feed kitchen became the shower room. The barn can be used to park your bikes or you can play a round of table soccer. Our indoor badminton area can also be used by arrangement at your own risk. We will gladly provide you with our horse trailer converted into a mobile sauna in the courtyard or the garden. We provide a sauna towel, additional towel and a bathrobe per person when using the sauna. The shower room has direct access to the courtyard and can thus also be reached directly after the sauna, for example. You want to leave a small individual touch and have a few Lego figures left over? Look for opportunities for individual changes in a few details… Guest access You have free access to the yard/barn. Here you can park your wheels, put down your wet clothes or dirty hiking shoes, you can play table soccer here or have a cold beer. The adjoining rooms of the barn are not available to you. Other things to note The garden is large and offers plenty of opportunities to chill, enjoy the sun, etc. However, we share the garden, but we are very happy if that doesn't bother you. And sometimes you just don't want to. We understand that. In this case, please feel free to contact us if you are looking for your peace, and we will then arrange something accordingly. The apartment is a one-room apartment plus bathroom. The kitchen, seating and living facilities as well as the bed are in this one room. The bed is a 1.4 m double bed. The refrigerator in the kitchen is very quiet (brand new). If you are still sensitive to noise, you should adjust to it. A small wardrobe is integrated into the kitchenette. A storage table for suitcases, for example, is available.
