We have literally re-built 3 small and cozy apartments in the historic building of our beautiful city. The space The house is located in an authentic, historical part of the city on the left bank of Kura (Mtkvari) in a cozy area of Tbilisi. Numerous tourist attractions, restaurants, theaters, museums and parks are within a walking distance. Here and to the station, from where you can go anywhere, on the way to the famous market "Desertirka" - on foot 10 minutes, and to the Art space "Fabrika" the same 10 minutes. Metro, if you want to deafen from the knocking of the wheels and ride with the breeze "Georgian" also nearby. It is possible to escape from cars on the pedestrian street - continuation as old residents - Plekhanov, and youth - Agmashenebeli, on the way to walk in "Rose Park" or "London park"- there it is very good. And now there is a "dry bridge", a little more and Rustaveli. And what our neighbors are... there are few of them and everyone knows each other - the house is two-storey and this is what is called old Tbilisi. In our yard chases children, to dine them call from a window - as in the childhood. If something significant happens - gather at a common table in the courtyard or in the corridor. If you haven't locked the door, you can see the cute face of a child peeping into the crack of a partly open door. Other things to note Friends, our apartments are located in an ancient historical building, and also in Georgia. During the day, in public areas of the building, you can hear emotional communication between neighbors - do not be afraid, in this country even talk deliciously). On our street - far away - there is a fire station and in the afternoon cars rushing to a call, though rare, but can rush past the windows with the siren on. We tried to preserve the authenticity of the building, preserving and restoring as much as possible, including parquet, so in some places your steps can be accompanied by a squeak of floorboards.
