It comes fully equipped with one full size beds, a sofa, bathroom, kitchenette with all utensils (dishes, pans and pots), very fast internet speed (400mb+ download), a Smart TV, desk/ table so you can work comfortably, ethernet cable plug. You can enjoy this studio apartment to the fullest. This apartment can comfortably accommodate 3 people. Parking is free and is on promises (on the grass). In addition, if you request an additional parking space, guests can park in front of the building. With a spectacular view of downtown, our urban neighborhood boasts over 5,000 households thanks to the many multi-families and small "edificios" peppered throughout the area. But it is Shenandoah's distinct historic architecture and unique urban details that have put the neighborhood "on the map." What has attracted new, old and even future residents to this neighborhood is: its nearby location, a rich inventory of Mediterranean style homes dating back to the 1920s, it´s parks, churches, rich neighborhood life along Calle Ocho and Coral Way. Today, more than 3 million tourists visit annually the famous Calle Ocho! Due to its popularity among college students who already choose to live here, its walkability, and its above average safety, the neighborhood is ideal for prospective or already-enrolled college students. Guest access The entire space is yours for the duration of your stay. We'll give you a code to our smartlock and you can self-check-in anytime after 4:00 PM. Check out time until 11:00 AM. Other things to note PET. Pet friendly units. An extra $225 deposit (per pet) will be charged to cover any type of eventual damage. Likewise, a non-refundable $99 pet cleaning fee will be requested once. That must be paid on check in. Guest pets must be always leashed when outside of the unit (visitor pets included). CLIMATE, FAUNA AND VEGETATION. The city of Miami is located next to the Atlantic Ocean, which allows you to enjoy a fairly mild, hot and sunny climate. Even in summer the sea breeze can be quite refreshing due to the high humidity levels. Between the months of June and September temperatures range from 77F to 90F degrees, while in winter, the wind chill and the environment in general remain quite mild, with a temperature between 55F and 77F degrees. Anyway, it is important to keep in mind that it has a rainy season that goes from October to May and a dry season from November to April. This makes January the coldest month of the year and August the warmest. In addition to the beautiful beaches and its tropical climate, Miami is known for the wide variety of fauna and vegetation, whose popularity comes from the permanent greenery that predominates in its streets and avenues.
