It is closely located to downtown with the Gallo Theatre for the Arts and its Farmers Market(Thurs&Sat), shopping, dining, an extensive, scenic bike trail (Dry Creek). It is centrally located for trips out to National Parks Yosemite,Sequoia, San Francisco, 80+ wineries, quaint mining towns Ironstone amphitheater & winery, Murphys, Carmel by the sea, Monterey, Sacramento, etc. The Enchanted Venetian Loft is on a second story with its own stairs. It is an entire private second story space. Maximum of 4 adults permitted. Two queen-sized beds. Each queen-sized bed is in its own space of two connected rooms. The space has a full bath, full kitchen, dining area, and living room area. We like to give our guests their privacy. However, we are definitely accessible should it be needed. We are accessible through text and phone and in person if it should be needed. The neighborhood is an older established one with a tree-lined beautiful walking park a few blocks down the street. Nearby there is also a very nice and extensive bike trail (Dry Creek). Walking and biking in addition to driving. There is public bus system with a nearby bus stop. Modesto has bike trails and the city streets have bike lanes.There is a designated free parking space in the rear of the property for this unit. Additional free parking is available on the street.
