Our log cabin home is one where you and your family and friends can relax, unwind and rest in the beautiful Rocky Mountains. The cabin has been styled with your every comfort and convenience in mind. Available for 30 day+ bookings due to short term rental restrictions in the area. The space Main level: To begin, you will want to spend some time relaxing on the front porch, complete with rockers, taking in the views of Lumpy Ridge! Once you make it inside, you will be impressed with the log walls and wood cathedral ceilings in the open floorplan main level living area containing the living room, fireplace, kitchen and dining room. The kitchen bar has 4 seats and the custom live edge dining room table has seating for 8. The main bedroom is on this level with a king bed and has an attached bath with double sinks, separate shower and free standing copper bathtub. Laundry is located in the main bath area. AC unit in living room. Upper Level: The upper level has an open loft second living room with game table and comfortable seating. This room is stocked with books, puzzles and games for family and friends to enjoy together. The upper level has two bedrooms with king beds and ample storage. These rooms have private bathrooms with stand-up showers. Both bedrooms have AC units. The best part of this level is the front balcony! You will want to spend some time out here in the porch swing looking at the beautiful views of Lumpy Ridge. Basement Level: The basement level houses the oversized garage, mud room with all the hooks you will need for jackets, and media room with an attached bath. The media room is perfect for watching movies and gives you options in seating: reclining media chairs (3) or a comfy couch with chaise. Also in this room is a set of bunk beds and dresser for the kids! The media room has an attached private bath with a shower/tub combo unit. The basement entry level has a laundry room and "utility" area -- a dog wash that we have yet to use! There is also an extra fridge in the garage for prepping those big family meals. In warmer months, the garage area has ping pong set up for additional fun. We just added a pickleball court with movable net in the driveway between the main and carriage house. Carriage House: Across from the main house you will find a smaller house fondly referred to as the Carriage House and it is packed with delights! On the entry level you will find a games room complete with shuffleboard, Skee-Ball, air hockey, foosball and arcade style basketball. The kids and grown ups will have a blast playing together sans phones! A kitchenette makes snacks and beverage super convenient as you play games or watch a game on the tv. On the upper level is a private suite for anyone requiring a bit more seclusion than the main house affords. The suite has a queen bed, two pull out twin trundle beds, a living area and a private attached bath with a walk-in shower. AC unit in the upstairs of carriage house. Backyard: As stunning as the house is, the backyard is the masterpiece of the house! Step out the main level back door onto an extended deck featuring a deluxe built in gas grill and beautiful teak table for 12. Take a few steps down to soak in the 7-person hot tub or join the conversation without getting wet from the built in bench. Head up a few steps to the outdoor pavilion area complete with a fireplace and comfortable seating for 8. Off to the side, enjoy the sunken patio with firepit and 8 Adirondack chairs. Looking for the best views? Head off the main deck to a picnic table with killer views of Lumpy Ridge. For more views with a different perspective, head up the mountain on stone steps to the small gazebo and spend some time relaxing on the swing. The animals are prevalent in the yard~ at any given time you can find deer, elk, chipmunks, turkeys and rabbits. This is the mountains so please be cautious about bears in the area looking for easily accessible food and trash. Guest access Lower levels are wheelchair accessible. Upper levels require stairs. Other things to note All doors have a keypad for easy entrance and require touching the lock icon to lock the door . The house is equipt with a Ring doorbell and camera system. The house is set up for the kids! We have a pack n play, high chair, toddler sink stool, sippy cups and indestructible divided plates! As well, the upstairs loft has kids books and games.
