Come spend time in this charming and atypical old agricultural building which offers you, with its 5 bedrooms and spacious cathedral living room, a warm and friendly space to relax and rest in the heart of a large garden including a pond, fruit trees and many wild animals visible at your discretion. 45 min from Deauville, Honfleur, Etretat, 20 min from Lisieux, Bernay and the villages of Eure and Calvados (Cormeilles, Le Bec Hellouin). The space Old cow barn renovated into a house 10 years ago, you will have access to the ground floor to a 150 m2 plateau with cathedral living room, TV lounge, laundry room, and fully equipped kitchen heated by 2 pellet stoves. One bedroom on the ground floor (160 x 200 bed) with a toilet area and a sink. Two stairs serve the floor. On one side a master suite with its bedroom (bed 180 x 200), its dressing room and its bathroom with shower and bathtub, on the other a set of 3 smaller bedrooms (beds 140 x 200) sharing a second bathroom with shower, water point and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker with espresso without capsules, a microwave, KitchenAid robots, mixers, blenders, scales. Allowing you to prepare good dishes or small gourmet dinners. The wifi and smart TV will allow you to stay connected, if necessary, and have access to your Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. accounts for movie nights. (Please note the TV does not have access to channels) A set of board games from all eras is available in the vintage buffet on the ground floor. Take care of them so that they can entertain other generations of small and big children. Guest access Possibility to park up to 4 cars under an awning, plus outdoors. Access from the main road through a monumental gate where the lockbox is located, allowing you to collect the keys to the accommodation and be autonomous for your arrivals. Other things to note This is our main residence in France, we are in the process of renovating so we count on your tolerance when it comes to decoration. We will be happy to receive your feedback on things to improve or provide for a perfect stay. Note that access to the pond is not secure, so it is your responsibility to supervise your children during your stay. For the sake of clarity, we have added the cleaning fee in addition to the overnight stays, the 110 euro cleaning fee corresponds to 75 euros for cleaning and 35 euros for linen cleaning.
