Cozy townhouse overlooking the lakes

Our cozy townhouse is situated in the centre of Copenhagen with beautiful views of the lakes. There's a lot of space for both adults and children, and a wonderful terrasse with a barbecue and a dining table. It's in walking distance to a lot of restaurants, cafes and all the sights in Copenhagen. The space A beautiful renovated townhouse in a "small village" in the centre of Copenhagen. 175 sq meters in 4 floors, with a lot of space for the big family. Groundfloor contains kitchen, dining area, a livingroom area and exit to the backyard terrace (barbecue area). On the first floor we have the children area with a big playroom with a lot of toys, a large desk for being creative, rings for gymnastics and a bunkbed (90x200). There’s also another room with a bed (120x200) and a desk. From here you have a french balcony and a beautiful view of the lakes. On the top floor there’s two rooms (1 with a queensize bed (120x200) and the other with a doublebed (180x200) and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. In the basement there’s a cozy room with TV, Playstation, and a sofabed (double). And there’s a toilet and a bathroom. Other things to note We prefer to rent to couples or families and preferably with children. As there are two double beds and a bunk bed as well as a junior bed.
