This beautiful and quiet 2.5-room apartment is located on the ground floor of a single-family house, almost in the center of Albbruck. You can enjoy this apartment all to yourself. It's 300 meters from the center with shops, a restaurant, a bakery, a butcher, a pharmacy, and a swimming pool. The start of the Albsteig long-distance hiking trail also begins here. The train station and bus stop are also just a few minutes' walk away. You can conveniently check in using a key box with a code. The space The completely self-contained 75 sq m apartment with its own entrance (east side) is located in my former parents' house, which was modernized in 2022 and is rented on the first floor. The apartment is barrier-free, and the new bathroom is also suitable for seniors. However, a 5 cm drop in the entrance door must be overcome. You can completely self-cater in the kitchen, and there is sufficient cutlery, dishes, and kitchen utensils. A refrigerator, dishwasher, and electric stove are available. We have a beautiful double bed with two 200 x 90 cm mattresses, and there is a huge closet in the bedroom. There is a large living room with a dining table and a nice sofa. The bathroom was completely renovated in 2021, and a washing machine is available for use. There is a storage room where recycling waste is also sorted separately into individual containers. You can comfortably spend time outside, either under cover or in a sunny spot on the lawn. For our cyclists there is a shed for parking their bikes on the east side of the house.
