Church View Annex is a spacious but cosy property with a fantastic open-plan kitchen/diner/lounge and hot tub – great for families and groups. There is ample off-street parking for 6/7 cars. Two well-behaved dogs are permitted. The annex is situated between the Emmanuel Church and The Old Vicarage in the pleasant village of Shelley, West Yorkshire. It is a perfect base for those wanting to explore the area or for those attending weddings at nearby venues. The space Kitchen/diner/lounge- A large, open-plan space with a well-equipped modern kitchen, comfy sofas, smart TV and 10-seater dining table. Please let us know if you’d like us to make this up for you ahead of your arrival. Bedroom one (master bedroom)- A well-proportioned double bedroom with en-suite. Bedroom two- A double bedroom with lovely views looking out towards Emley Moor Mast. Bedroom three- Two single beds to the front of the property. Bedroom four- Bunk beds and double sofa bed Outdoor spaces- Decking area with hot tub overlooking beautiful views to the rear of the property. There is a smoking shelter as we don’t allow smoking inside the property. Guest access Guests have access to the full annex. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.
