Las Nubes—a haven for adventurers—offers memorable views from this private retreat. Enjoy open spaces where you can take in the best Pacific sunsets and gaze out over the oasis's palm grove. Perched atop a mountain, just a 5-minute drive from the town center. *Accommodates up to 6 people. *Minimum age for children: 15 years old. The space You will drive up a small hill via a dirt road; having a car is recommended. However, you can easily walk to the town center if you enjoy outdoor strolls. Rooms: -- The main house is loft-style, featuring a king-size bed, full bathroom, bathtub, and desk. -- The guest cabaña: has two single beds, a full bathroom, and a terrace. -- Cabañita: includes a king-size bed and full bathroom. Common area: swimming pool (unheated), Jacuzzi, sun loungers, umbrella, pergola with a grill, wood-fired oven, and outdoor dining area. The property is fenced and includes parking and an electric gate for easy access. Guest access I will share the check-in instructions with you on the day of your arrival. The property is private; there will be no other guests during your stay. However, for safety, there is a female caretaker living on the property in a separate area from the main house and common areas. She stays in her own space without intruding on the guests' privacy, but she is available to help if you need anything. Other things to note The roofs are made of palm leaves, so it is not possible to have air conditioning. - Children under 15 years of age are not allowed in the property. - Thank you for no smoking inside the house or cabañas. - Unannounced guests are not allowed. *If your reservation is for two people, you will only enjoy just the main house (for two people) and common areas. If your reservation is for more than 2 people, you will have access to the main house and the other 2 cabins. Please add the actual number of people who will be staying, so the rate can be adjusted. The center is a 5-minute drive away. There are 2 cameras in open areas 1- Entrance / Gate 2- Parking area
