We LOVE the weekly Sunset Markets (Thursday evenings) and Farmer's Markets (Thursday morning). Oceanside is eclectic and diverse with a lot of history, and the many activities going on around Oceanside represent that diversity. From plays at local theaters, parades, outdoor concerts, movie theaters, variety of local craft breweries, and excellent dining, there is something for everyone here. And of course, you can't beat being able to walk to the beach! Want good people watching? Throw on your tennis shoes and walk the pier at dusk, grab a milkshake at Ruby's diner, and check out the scene. It was added to the home a few years ago, so it includes new floors, fixtures, and plumbing. Living room couch pulls out easily into a full bed. Kids loft includes two fold out futon cushions to sleep extra people. Great for kids.
