The Luxury Loft - a gorgeous, peaceful and calming space with a picture-perfect view of the farm fields for miles. In the bedroom: Fireplace Queen bed 2 Single beds (trundle beds that are folded underneath of each other - great little sitting area) Flat-screen smart TV Soft linens, extra pillows, blankets and light, zen decor Ample closet space for all of your belongings, hangers, storage, and lots of extra toiletries and all essentials Air conditioner for hot days Fireplace and vented heating for cold days Loads of soft fuzzy blankets Gorgeous crystal lights and a combination of elegance meets rustic. Pull down custom made rustic Murphy table, allowing for ample space to move around, or pull down the table and play boardgames, use your computer, or sip coffee in the morning with a fresh scone! The Semi-Private Lounge: A bright, unique space that offers: Loft includes cozy seating area, and private washroom. Coffee station offers complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Kettle, utensils and cutlery, water, and place settings for your ultimate comfort and relaxation. Shared stairway with us, but we always try to stay out of your way as much as possible. Feel like cozying up on the teal-green oh-so-soft couch with a good book, your smartphone, a little catch-up on work or the world, or feel like taking a nap? There are so many comfortable-cozy spots to do just that. You can thank our cats recently for using our futon as their scratching post- but you can hardly tell and they have been spoken to lol Books,cards and board games Beautiful country views from all windows Practice mindfulness and centre your body with our yoga mats, blocks, weights and vibration plate. Spa Bathroom The spa bathroom is stunning with tons of space and a buffet bar of toiletries and bath bombs, salts, and more for you to use and enjoy - 100% complimentary. Spa bathroom offers huge soaker tub. We live on the farm, and it’s a family affair! We love all people, and have had the pleasure of hosting so many wonderful couples and guests over the years! Guess what? Skip the dishes knows us well here so if you just want to escape and not lift a finger - order and rest! Voila! As we say in Dutch: Lekker! (Yummy)! You may meet or see Steph’s Dutch parents Opa and Oma (in a separate and private wing of the farmhouse) along with Karma the Bernese Mountain Dog, Sage the fluffiest cat on earth, and a cozy, welcoming atmosphere to just get away from it all! We do everything possible to keep things absolutely sparkling and clean but with weather, animals and a 100+ year old farm it’s not the easiest but we sure try our absolute hardest to tackle every fluff we see! Here's what you can expect: 1. Enter through the covered side porch - a perfect place to watch the sunrise. 2. Come on into the farmhouse, and walk right into our cozy and chic living room with bright windows. 3. Enjoy the farm-charm atmosphere! 4. Want privacy? You got it! Cozy up and burrow away like a bunny in the gorgeous country loft upstairs. Large bed, seating area, bar, tv, fireplace, and oh-the-views! 5. Feel like being social? Great! Hang out in the semi-private lounge, cozy up with a book or scroll socials, do a little work-catch-up, or just enjoy watching Spirit, the horse! Plenty of thick and plush linens are available for your stay at all times, and if you need more just ask! Enjoy great WIFI (yes, really!) loads of space, comfortable beds, and a fun farm experience with your hosts Stephanie and her son Noah! We're a comfy yet charming atmosphere. I do my best to keep things spotless but we have animals and it's a farm so dust, pet hair, (as much as I scrub and clean like crazy) and a little mud on the boots come hand in hand from time to time! It is a farm! It really is a " kick off your boots" and relax type of vibe with a lot of charm! WHAT IS THERE TO DO? - If you're in the mood to explore the area, there are plenty of places to walk, hike, bike, or enjoy downtown of Paris for a bite to eat, a cappuccino or latte, or take in the sights and sounds of the grand river, shopping, boutiques, and every single amenity you could want - just 7 minutes away from Country Spirit Wellness Farm. - Grab an ice-cream cone downtown Burford at my favourite little spot, or if you're feeling like a slice - there are great pizza places too. - Would you like to spend time with Spirit my horse? Spirit is a gorgeous black horse with a beautiful, healing, sweet, and loving soul. You can book a one-hour session with him and myself, for a little Equine Assisted Mindfulness. Just ask in advance to see if there are available spots. $75/hour. - The farm itself is just stunning. Tons of tree stumps to sit on and meditate, enjoy the view, listen to the birds and more. - The thinking spot is my favourite spot on the farm because it's always cozy, warm, and you can sit on the bench and place a wish under the wishing tree - ask me about that when you arrive! - Close to all major cities, 401, 403, and loads of great nature-experiences - Country Spirit Wellness Farm is the mecca of mindfulness, and in the centre of everything. - You'll likely feel relaxed and happy here! That's my goal, anyway. THINGS TO KNOW: - We have a dog called Karma and a cat and bunny in house during winter. Karma is the best alarm system out here on the farm! She'll bark a lot, and that's just her doing her job but she's super friendly. She's shy with new people so just take my lead. If I’m not home when you check in she will be in the kitchen with a baby gate so you will hear her but just carry on. She doesn’t like to come close unless I’m with her. She’s my little shadow! - You have all the privacy you need in your loft bedroom, but if you feel like chatting, having coffee, having a tour, or just shooting the breeze, I'd love to do that too - but I will take your lead. Introverts are very welcome here :) - This is my dream come true, and I've built it so that you can come here and have fun and enjoy. I'm at your service, but I won't invade your space. PS. You have to take a picture in Brant County's largest Spa soaker tub - right here on the farm in the spa bathroom. It's stunning! Bring your water wings! Kindly, Steph XO Guest access You are most welcome on the front porch to enjoy the views, front entrance and welcome hallway, upstairs in your Country Spirit Suites, and on the farm near the paddock. We have covered porches and patios which you are welcome to, and of course, the thinking spot - a magical little spot to dream, rest, relax or soak up fresh air and wonderful views. The fields behind the farm are beautiful, but private so please do not enter the fields. Thank you! :) During your stay I will take your lead but my style is to leave you to relax and recharge! I’d love to meet you and do whatever possible to make your stay memorable. Other things to note We really value peace, rest and relaxation. That's why the farm was built! Please make yourself at home, and if you plan on running a retreat please allow me to help in any way! I am an event planner from a past life! You'll see us around, or digging in the dirt.
