The space The suite can be furnished and arranged to suit your family’s needs. It is currently set up for a family with an infant and includes a crib, two queen beds, and a changing table, all of which can be adjusted if your needs are different. Both bedrooms are spacious and thoughtfully designed, with ample chests and shelving to comfortably store personal belongings. For guests who work from home, the unit also features a quiet, dedicated workspace. Other things to note A few important notes to help ensure a great stay: • We kindly ask that bookings run from the first to the last day of the month. The suite is licensed for long-term stays (30+ days), and mid-month bookings aren’t possible. This approach allows us to keep the monthly rate fair and competitive for our guests. • The laundry area is shared with the upstairs unit. We offer a flexible and coordinated schedule so everyone enjoys privacy and convenience. All other areas of the suite are fully private and self-contained. • Guests are welcome to enjoy access to the pool, backyard, and BBQ. Pool use is weather-dependent and flexibly scheduled—please reach out to us for details and timing, and we’ll be happy to coordinate. • The suite is fully equipped for a comfortable long-term stay, so you can settle in easily and focus on work, rest, or everyday life while feeling at home. • If Airbnb applies taxes to your booking, feel free to let us know.
