Brand new interior! Modern, luxurious 2 bedroom, each with attached En Suites. Fully equipped kitchen. Directly across from the downtown Marina, in the "Sailing Capital" of North Carolina. Shopping, fresh seafood, pubs, exquisite dining and art galleries all within a 2 minute walk. The space Summer of 2021, my sweet Mother/Partner in crime, and I took the old Sail repair shop which was a completely open interior without any walls, and together designed a 2 bedroom cottage. We added 3 bathrooms, open concept living room kitchen, laundry and entrance! So, absolutley EVERYTHING besides the original hardwood floors is new! We have bikes for your sunrise ride 2 blocks to the Bean to get your morning coffee, and kayaks for your sunset float before you settle in for the night at Sailors' Haven on The Neuse River. Come be our guest! Completely new interior construction in 2022. Guest access You have the entire home!!! Other things to note NUMBER OF PETS, BREED & SIZE NEED TO BE APPROVED BEFORE BOOKING. Additional fees may be applied due to damage or additional cleaning requirements caused by pets. When sleeping on the sofas, PLEASE use mattress covers, sheets, pillows and blankets that are provided in the armoire in the living room. Third party booking is not allowed. Whomever books a stay must be the guest staying. All guests must be registered on the booking for liability and insurance purposes. And PLEASE DO NOT move couches/furniture. Thank you!
