Relax in this charming one-bedroom lock-off unit with kitchen and living room, or enjoy the shared outdoor space including the front porch and the deck above the garage. We've added a workspace in the bedroom with a desk and chair! Our historic yellow-brick home is only a 5-minute drive or 15-minute walk to Clifton's historic Gaslight District. UC Campus and the Cincinnati Zoo are nearby, or easily drive to Over-the-Rhine or downtown Cinci for concerts, Bengals or Reds games, and nightlife! The space Enter through the living room with a comfy couch, bar-height table and Smart TV in guest mode. As you pass through the original hardwood pocket doors, you will enter the bedroom with an en-suite bath. The tidy kitchen is ready for your use and has a Keurig machine and pods along with all of the basic necessities. We've affectionately named the building "Ruth" because we love the combination of this older home's charm while still providing updated amenities. We hope you'll love it too! Guest access Your unit is separate and locked off from the other units in the building. You have access to your unit, the front porch, the garage rooftop deck and the fenced-in yard. Other things to note Our historic home is in the heart of Clifton, but it is a hilly area, so please be aware there are a number of steps from the road to the unit. You can see them in the photos of the exterior. Please make sure you're comfortable with the steps! We provide a shower dispenser with body wash and shampoo+conditioner, and also some toothpaste packets in case you forget yours! The washer and dryer are shared with the other tenants and can be found in the basement. Please note these are shared and may be in use. If you have any issues with them, please contact us! Bring your own login information for the Roku Smart TV, which is in Guest Mode. You'll be asked for your departure date to insure that you are logged out when you leave! Then simply log in to your favorite apps like Netflix or HBO to watch while you stay. There is free on-street parking around our unit. Feel free to pull up in front of the garage for a short time to unload your belongings, and then find a space along Ruther Avenue.
