The space The home is 2 stories with an eat in kitchen, living room and full bath on the first floor. The upstairs has 4 bedrooms and a half bath. There is outdoor space on back deck, side deck with grill, front wrap around porch and a very small, sloped yard for river access. There is a small driveway that will accommodate one car. Guest access Entire house for guests except the basement - due to steep steps. Other things to note There is one parking space and it is small. Please do not park in the grass, I do not own it.
