Inside, you’ll find everything you need to feel at home: - Comfortable queen-size bed with storage - Pullout sofa bed for extra guests - Smart TV with Netflix for laid-back nights - Kitchenette with Keurig, microwave & blender - Full wardrobe, luggage stand, and full-length mirror - Clean, modern bathroom with a bidet and updated showerhead - Local artwork and décor that captures the beauty of the Hudson Valley We’re also pet-friendly, so feel free to bring your furry companion along for the adventure! (small fee for extra cleaning) Located just steps from the Empire State Bike Trail and Millbrook Nature Preserve, and a quick drive (or longer walk) to uptown and downtown New Paltz — where you’ll find groceries, yoga, great restaurants, SUNY, and all the charm this area has to offer. Disclaimer: We are a family of 4 who live upstairs with two young boys. We do our absolute best to keep them quiet in the mornings, but at times they may make some noise with footsteps etc. We provide a white noise machine, ear plugs, a fan, and a dehumidifier in the utility closet as a way to muffle any noise. Guest access You’ll have full access to the entire studio apartment, your own private parking spot, and a small outdoor sitting area — perfect for morning coffee or a breath of fresh air after a day of exploring. Other things to note My wife and I live upstairs in the main house with our dogs and our energetic 4 and 1 year old sons, Theo and Rhys. We do our best to keep things quiet, but you might hear little footsteps in the morning. For light sleepers, we’ve provided a white noise machine, ear plugs, and a dehumidifier (located in the utility closet) to help ensure a restful stay. If you're bringing a pet, please let us know in advance. We do charge a small pet fee to help with cleaning and convenience. We kindly ask that guests don’t bring pets without notifying us — we appreciate your honesty and cooperation. For safety, we have a floodlight security camera above the garage. It’s there for our family’s protection and is only reviewed in the case of property damage or if we suspect pets are being brought in without notice. We're truly excited to host you and are just upstairs if you need anything — from local recommendations to help with anything during your stay!
