You'll have access to the entire studio apartment, private parking and a small outside sitting area. My wife Liz and I live upstairs in the main house with our infant son Theo and two dogs. We try to be as quiet as can be but sometimes our son likes to walk around in the morning. We encourage guests to use the dehumidifier in the utility closet as a white noise in case they are trying to sleep in. We also supply ear plugs just in case too! If you are bringing a pet, please let us know. We charge a pet fee for cleaning and convenience. Please do not try to sneak a pet in. We have an outdoor floodlight security camera above the garage for our family’s safety. We respect our guests privacy so we only use this camera if there is property damage or we suspect someone is sneaking in pets.
