A charming, spacious, bright and very comfortable apartment located in the heart of Santander, in one of the most emblematic and popular areas of the city: the Puertochico neighborhood, on Bonifaz Street. Its excellent location will allow you to tour the city on foot, enjoy the walks along the Bay and easily access the beaches of Sardinero, Playa de los Peligros, Centro Botín or the Palacio de Festivales. The space Home features: • 🛏️ 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed (150 cm) and dressing room, and another with three single beds (90 cm) • 🛋️ Living-dining room with integrated kitchen • 🛁 Full bathroom • 🌞 Small balcony • 🌐 Free WIFI Equipment: Includes bedding (sheets and duvets), towels, kitchenware, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and everything you need for a comfortable and practical stay. Important: • 📍 Third floor without elevator in a five-story building. • 🅿️ Regulated parking area (blue zone). We recommend using nearby parking lots such as Parking Castelar, Parking de Pombo or Parking de Tetuán (cheaper if you use the corresponding app) • 🕐 Digital check-in via link sent two days before arrival • 🕘 Check-in after 9:00 pm has an additional cost of €30, payable in cash Rules and recommendations: The accommodation is located in a quiet community; please respect the rules of coexistence and rest hours. Upon arrival, guests will find the apartment clean, with beds made, and a welcome kit with towels, shampoo/gel, soap, and toilet paper. Food and perishable products are not included for hygienic-sanitary reasons. Guest access You will have the entire apartment at your disposal for your use and enjoyment throughout the stay. This is a private home located in a residential building, so there are no common areas for shared use beyond the entrance to the building. We ask you to be respectful of the coexistence and rest of the other neighbors, avoiding noise in the common areas and inside the accommodation, especially during the hours of silence (from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am). Other things to note ️ℹ️ Useful information for your stay: 📶 Wifi available: The accommodation has a free Wifi connection. The password will be visible inside the apartment. 🏢 Building without an elevator: The apartment is on the third floor of a building without an elevator. Keep this in mind if you're traveling with heavy luggage or people with reduced mobility. 🕘 Check-in time is until 9:00 pm Outside these hours, you must consult in advance and there are the following surcharges: Arrivals after 9:00 pm: €40 surcharge. Arrivals after 11:00 pm: €70 surcharge.
