Charming apartement - 1 bedroom & balcony

Our sunny apartment with balcony is within sight of the nearby cycle path and is located on the 1st floor of our house with a view of our green garden. Our accommodation is the ideal place for guests who do not want to do without comfort on the go. Here you will find everything to relax and feel good. It is possible that you will be awakened in the morning by birdsong. Whether you are on holiday with us or on a business trip, you will be happy to arrive here. The space Welcome to our apartment with heart. Our house in the countryside is located in a quiet residential area in the small Rhineland-Hessian community of Grolsheim just a short walk from the Nahe shore. You book the entire apartment for sole use with one bedroom. The same apartment can also be booked with 2 or 3 separate bedrooms for up to 6 people. Please use the other two Airbnb listings for this. Bedroom for 1 - 2 persons: Look forward to a super comfortable 1.40 m wide solid wood bed. The bed is covered with fresh, ironed, high-quality cotton bedding. Towels are provided. There is an HD TV, a wardrobe and a desk, so you can easily work with the wifi access (120M/sbps). The room can be completely darkened with shutters. An insect protection door is attached to the balcony door. Balcony From the bedroom you go directly to the balcony. There is a table with 2 chairs. In summer you can have a delicious breakfast there. Extra pillows and blankets ensure that you can finish off the summer evening on the balcony even on cooler evenings. An umbrella can be stretched out if necessary. Kitchen The fully equipped modern kitchen is perfect for preparing your favorite dish. Salt, pepper, vinegar, oil and various spices are part of the basic equipment. There is a Senseo coffee machine as well as a filter coffee machine. Coffee pods and various teas are waiting for you. The following appliances are also part of the equipment: dishwasher, large fridge, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, stirrer, all necessary pots, casseroles, large roasters. Kitchen towels, dish soap and dishwasher tabs are sufficiently available. At the small wooden table 2 chairs invite you for a quick snack. Bathroom The daylight bathroom with spacious shower with glass partition offers plenty of space and is equipped with towels, hair dryer, shampoo and soap. There is also a Miele washing machine and a tumble dryer. Laundry detergent is also available if your favorite sweater has got a stain. There is a drying rack with clothes pegs so that the laundry can be air-dried on the balcony in an environmentally friendly way. An iron and ironing board are available in the storage room if required. Lounge In the hall we have set up a cozy lounge. Here you can talk, eat, play and laugh at the massive wooden table. There you will also find various board games, free books to take away/exchange and a lot of information material about the Rhenish Hessian hiking trails and sights. You are also welcome to hit a few chords on an acoustic guitar if you like. We are happy to provide you with the guitar on request. The guest apartment is located on the 1st floor, it is therefore unfortunately not barrier-free. ATTENTION: Non smoking apartment!! Smoking is only allowed in the yard or garden. Please do not smoke in the house or on the balcony. We live in the countryside, buses often only run every hour, so we recommend arriving by car or bike. Bicycles can be parked. Parking for the car is plentiful in the residential area - of course free of charge. The nearest train station is in Gensingen, about 3 km away. We (my husband and I) live in the same house on the ground floor and love to be hosts. Feel free to contact us if you need tips for your holiday design. We are very active ourselves and often on the road and can recommend you great excursions and wonderful hikes. If you are interested in a wine tasting, this can be organized by arrangement with a local winemaker. We also have contacts with winegrowers in Bingen am Rhein who are happy to offer their wines for tasting. Guest access We prefer to welcome our guests personally. However, if it does not fit in time, a contactless key transfer can easily take place. In this case, we will provide you with the code for the key box in good time. Our guest apartment has its own front door and private staircase. We ask you to deposit dirty street shoes in the shoe rack. Other things to note You're coming by bike? Once pumping up?
