Our private, walk-out basement suite just two minutes from Highway 3, and completely secluded. Three bedrooms and ~1500 sq ft of comfort. Easy walking distance to many local restaurants (including The Cinnamon Bear, Rum Runners, etc). Local activities include biking and hiking trails, ski-hills, staging areas, snow shoe and cross country skiing and incredible scenery are walking or short driving distance! WiFi and large satellite Smart TV for the days you can’t make it out. The space The entire bottom floor is heated by in floor heating, which is extremely cozy all times of the year, and individually adjustable on a per-room basis. The kitchen and dining areas are right at the entrance of this beautiful home and offer a wonderful ability to flow in and out of the home to enjoy the beautiful weather and scenery. A large, private deck with a barbeque and 6 seat patio dining set means ample space to enjoy outdoor dining if you prefer. If the weather is less than ideal, a large TV (with Satellite TV and Google Chrome so you can keep binging your favourite shows) and comfy couch are available for those days you’d rather be inside. Motorsport enthusiasts (including those with toy-haulers or similar sized trailers) will have no problem turning and parking in our large front drive area, which is all away from view from all roads.
