For safety reasons, we do not accept reservations from guests who live within a 60 mile radius from our home. We do not accept reservations with children. Airbnb will be contacted to cancel your reservation. A code will be assigned to access the house using a keypad. Please review the guest manual on where to park, how to enter the house and house rules found in our listing. We have a 2 story home with a fenced in backyard. There is access to the back patio which has patio furniture. There are 4 steps to the side porch to enter the house. Guest room #1 is located on the main floor just off of the living room. Perfect for Corewell Beaumont Royal-Oak Hospital interviews, traveling medical personnel, professional business travelers and out of state vacationers. We are located close to Birmingham, Beverly Hills, Royal Oak & Berkley. We are approx. 3 minutes to Beaumont Hospital-Royal Oak, 30 minutes to Detroit & close to I-696. Travel time to Detroit Airport is approx. 40 minutes. We have 2 rooms in which we host in our home. If it isn't clear, we are not a youth hostel, we do not rent out the entire home and we do not host guests with children as our home is not set up for kids. Guest will have access to the kitchen, dining table, living room and bathroom on the main level first floor of the home. Guest room is equipped with a nice sized mini-fridge as well as a selection of different tea. If using the kitchen, we ask that you please clean up behind yourself and wipe down the counter tops and the stove. Access to the home is by using the side door - driveway side. Front door is NOT used. Park in the driveway on the RIGHT behind one of the 2 orange cones, unless otherwise instructed. No street parking at night. Southfield may give you a ticket. Check-in time is 4:00pm and checkout is 11am. Review all check-in instructions prior to your stay with us as no one may be home to greet you. We live in and work from the home so we are available to answer questions for our guests. There may be times when we are not home to greet our guests - Ace will greet you instead! No smoking or vaping in the house. We live in a safe neighborhood that boarders Royal Oak, Beverley Hills, Beverly Hills and Southfield. Easy access to I-696 and Woodward Avenue as well as Beaumont Hospital - Royal Oak. Best way to get around is either car or depending on how far you are going a bike is a good alternative, if you have one. We are also within walking distance to the bus lines. Rude and loud guests will not be tolerated! Do not take offense if we ask you to keep the noise down when we can hear your conversation clearly through an insulated floor. Be respectful of others in the home. Smoking or vaping inside the house is not allowed. We do work from our home and are at home during the day. We do allow guests to have packages delivered to the house during their stay.
