Welcome to "Wiltara" Estate, where you will feel like you’ve truly escaped the hustle and bustle of city life! A mere 10 minute drive from town, you can relax with the whole family at this peaceful country estate with sweeping views over the rolling hills and country gardens. The space "Wiltara" presents quintessential peaceful country charm just a short 10 minutes drive to town and the best Cafes, Restaurants and Vineyards Orange has to offer. Positioned on over 6 acres of refreshing open land with sweeping views over rolling hills and established country gardens, "Wiltara" is extremely intimate and private. Perfect for a couples hideaway, large family get together or corporate retreats. The "Homestead" sleeps 8 and offers: • 4 queen to king size bedrooms, (including 1 cot) with luxurious beds, bedding and block out blinds for year-round comfort. • 2 renovated bathrooms • Large fully equipped entertainers country style kitchen with pod coffee machine and walk-in pantry. • Open plan dining and living area with flat screen smart TV and free Wi-Fi. • Additional living room. • 5 split system reverse cycle air-conditioners. • Fully renovated and equipped laundry. • Mud room with individual access. • Expansive outdoor covered entertaining area including BBQ, built in fridges, flat screen TV and dining table. (PLEASE NOTE: Juke box depicted has been removed) • Open alfresco courtyard with additional tables and chairs leading to a cosy fire pit perfect for winter star gazing. • Ample off-street parking. What sets this homestead apart is the incredibly large covered BBQ entertaining area which expands onto an open alfresco courtyard with adjacent fire pit. This area links the two houses "Homestead " and "Cottage" making it perfect for larger groups. Wiltara's "Homestead" and "Cottage" can be booked individually by different guests (entertaining area would then be shared common area) or in combination. Guest access Guests have the entire home(s) to themselves. Access is available any time via lockbox. I will message you the code the day before your check-in. Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is 10am. These times may be varied upon prior notice provided there is no previous or following bookings. There is no access to the shed. Other things to note • BOTH HOMES ARE AVAILABLE INDIVIDUALLY OR COLLECTIVELY. PLEASE BE AWARE IF BOOKING AN INDIVIDUAL HOMESTEAD, THERE MAY BE OTHER GUESTS IN THE OTHER HOMESTEAD. IN THIS SCENARIO, THE OUTDOOR ENTERTAINING AREAS BECOME COMMUNAL TO BOTH HOUSES. WHAT A WONDERFUL WAY TO MEET NEW PEOPLE AND INTERACT SHOULD YOU CHOOSE TO DO SO. • Larger groups, corporate events and extended stays welcome. Please ask for prices. • Directions, access and house details will be sent out 1 day before your arrival. Milk and breakfast basics are available to get you started. There are just a few things I ask you to respect during your stay; 1. If there are 2 separate groups in each house the common area becomes shared. Please respect your neighbours' right to quiet time after 9pm. Alternatively, if you intend to use the outdoor area until late, please advise your neighbour. Perhaps you could even invite them to join you... 2. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. If you choose to smoke outside, please dispose of butts responsibly. 3. Upon check-out please leave the houses as you found them. There is no need to strip the beds however, I appreciate it if you would place wet towels in the laundry sink, wash/dry and put away any dishes, wipe down dirty surfaces and take any rubbish out to the bins at the side of the house. 4.
