This cosy annex is just 15 mins walk from Molineux Stadium & Wolverhampton City centre, offering easy accessibility to local places of interest and amenities. The annex is opposite a beautiful park with pubs, restaurants, takeaways, supermarkets & convenience stores within a short walking distance. The space Our fully electric Annex is equipped with underfloor heating, double bed, comfortable sofa, dining space, en-suite shower room, toiletries, dedicated workspace/desk, washer, dryer pod, iron, fully equipped kitchen with toaster, kettle, combination microwave/oven, hob, fridge-freezer, utensils, kitchenware, quality linen, hairdryer. The space boasts fast WIFI and a Smart TV (including free Netflix & Amazon Prime access), there is also free parking and CCTV for your safety. There is free on-road parking available directly outside the property. If there is space on our drive in front of the grey gate, you can park there. If parking on the drive, please park directly in front of the grey gate and close to the fence. Please leave enough room for us to be able to get our car on and off too. Important- please note: The compact bathroom has a shower only, no bath. The double-bed is raised with storage underneath. Access on/off the bed is by the 2 movable steps at either end of the bed or built-in foot supports at either end of the bed, as per photographs, This cozy studio space can accommodate up to 2 adults in a double bed and an additional person using a small size single size foldout Z-bed. If you require the fold-out bed setting up, please let us know in advance. Please note, if a booking for 2 or less people require the additional bed, there is a £5 additional fee for set up and bedding. If booking for 3 people, this is already included in the price. Access on/off the bed is by 2 steps at either end of the bed, as per photographs, There are also foot- support steps built into the bed that can be used to get up/down. The annex can accommodate a third guest with an additional single size fold-out Z-bed . This is a small single size bed. Please note, for a 2 person booking, there is a £5 additional fee for set up and bedding. For a 3 person booking this is already included in the price. The dedicated workspace is a fold-down desk. There is no laptop provided, this is for illustrative purposes only. The space is not baby/child-proofed in any way. The compact bathroom has a shower only, no bath. The kitchen has a combination microwave grill, which functions as the oven/grill. The EV charging station is not located on the property. It is a public EV charging point less than a 2 minute walk from the property. Please do not charge EV vehicles directly from the property. Chargemaster Charging Station 400ft / 2mins walk from property There is free on-road parking available directly outside the property.
