The space A fully furnished family beach house in noise free location very close to pondicherry and auroville great for small groups. Has very large open spaces and tropical Garden with a large lawn for get togethers. Designed specifically for beach use with nature cooled rooms. Privacy for guests staying is of higest importance. Small parties are allowed with limited restrictions. Beach is about 100m / few steps away from the property and has beach view from rooms. Has car parking for 2 -4 cars ( Inside property ) or mini bus/ tempo ( Road side parking ) with wide road access. Guest access Beach even at midnight . Private large lawn and gardens with breath taking beach view from garden and house. The property is not ON the beach but about 100meters away and has sea view from both the floors Other things to note Please note guests are requested to bring their own toiletries and towels during their stay. I do not provide them as a part of precautions undertaken due to COVID/Monkey pox/Hygiene. All bookings are on EP plan /Room rate only. Ground filtered water is available for all guests incase you intend to have bottled water guests may bring so. Any unexpected number of guests beyond the confirmed numbers will be charged as per extra person rate directly. Wi-Fi is from Airtel Fiber . Speeds vary from time to time since it's not cabled/wired. ( only for Airbnb bookings) Pet is restricted to 1 pet per group Only. (Small breeds only not medium or large size ) less than 15kgs . Pets are not allowed go all around( vegetable patch or Bird nesting areas). They need to be monitored at all times. They can roam without leash in lawn and house areas. For the list of pets allowed please see house rules. For guests with pets - please bring your own blankets as the ones I have had a tendency for pet hair to get stuck in them making it impossible to provide for the next guest. ( Not applicable for 2 -3 nos guests only). Please note some large doors with glass and windows are requested to be kept closed during high winds esp during afternoons or if a storm/Rain is closeby / evenings as some insects may come inside in evening hours. Destruction or pulling out of plants and damaging to gardens is chargeable @₹2000. It has taken few years and a lot of effort to maintain the same. Smoking Canabis/illegal substance is not allowed in this property and is subjected to a fine of ₹5000. Extra beds beyond the number listed is not available on request. The property tries to ensure a plastic free environment hence all guests are requested to use the dustbins provided for disposal of wastes. Fines may be applicable for special cleaning during checkout.Applies even for the lawn areas. Geyser is available only in the ground floor thou temparatures are usually warm in property ,hot water may not be an essential requirement. Please note we have a construction going on besides the property while it should not be of any disturbance during your stay as it's a different property. The work would happen between 10am to 6pm. Should there be a concern it could be bought up to the host to ensure a comfortable stay. Please go through the house rules for further clarification. Rules are intended to protect the property and it's belongings so that the next guests can enjoy the same.
