Located in the heart of the Westside of Santa Cruz, blocks from scenic West Cliff Drive, you’ll be walking distance to the legendary Steamers Lane surf spot, the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, beautiful Natural Bridges State Beach, and local wineries, breweries, and eateries. The space In addition to a huge, sunny patio, the apartment includes 1 large bedroom with a queen bed, a sofa bed in the living space, and room for a pack-n-play/baby bed in either room. Full bath, spacious kitchen, WiFi, full cable (including HBO, Netflix, Prime, and Hulu, a flat-screen TV, and laundry. You will enter the apartment through a shared backyard (my husband and I and our 6-year-old boys live in the main house downstairs), but from the backyard you will have a private staircase and entrance to the apartment. Guest access The entire apartment and upstairs patio are for guests. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: The apartment shares the property with the owners, who live in the main house, and pets. You may see our dog, cats, and us outside in the backyard as you enter and exit the apartment.
