Welcome to our unforgettable new interior decorated home. Our house is centrally-located and perfect for a FAMILY VACATION or BUSINESS TRIP. Fully equipped kitchen with a BRAND NEW WASHER and DRYER. Spacious 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. We are one mile straight to the SOFI STADIUM and THE FORUM. Close proximity to many attractions. 30/45 minutes to Disneyland, Hollywood & Santa Monica, We are seconds away from a nice 9 hole GOLF COURSE and 5 mins from Chester Washington Golf Course. The space -All BEDROOMS and LIVING ROOM HAS A SMART TV -Wifi throughout the entire home -Comfortable mattresses -Extra Pillows -Warm blankets -Hard wood floors -KITCHEN has all new appliances and necessities (toaster, blender, coffee maker, tea, utensils, pots and pans) -Brand New Washer and Dryer (detergent provided) -Cleaning material and products available -Linen Cabinet supplied with towels -Hot Showers and bath. (Soap provided) -Hair Dryer -Toilet paper -DINING Room has 4 seats and a HIGH CHAIR is provided. If you need more tables and chairs please let us know. -Cozy Living Room with a smart tv and great lighting -Desk and Chair in guest room with lamp to study or read -Air Conditioner and heater works in the entire house -Ceiling fans in all bedrooms Guest access -Full access to the entire house and Huge backyard -Parking up to 4 cars in the driveway and backyard -NO PARKING ON THE GRASS LAWN IN THE FRONT OR BACK YARD Other things to note Our house is special and we put in a lot of work to make our guest feel like they are at home and to be safe and comfortable. :) -Inside the home is fully remodeled -Huge Backyard with plenty of parking -Very safe area for family to stay -Cameras located around exterior of home -NO PARTIES on the premises. $500 PENALTY will be assessed and you will be escorted out of the home with no refunds. I have no problem calling the police to have you removed off the premisses -Alarm system available if needed -Bar gates around windows with emergency safety latch -Double window pane on windows to reduce noise (If you are a light sleeper I suggest you to wear ear plugs (provided) in the morning to prevent from hearing the neighbor's roosters in the morning and a few airplanes) We are also on a busy street. But the rooms are towards the back so you don't hear the traffic -Early and Late check in/out is NOT GUARANTEED. We can only do an early check in or check out if we do not have guest checking out or checking in. It MAY BE available depending on the scheduling of other guest. It is not always available. The only time we have an early check in, is when we don't have a guest leaving the same day you arrive. Also Late check out is only available if we don't have guest arriving and checking in the same day you check out and leave. (see host) -No extra guest allowed -Removal of fire alarm or smoke detectors in house is prohibited -Hiding the ring cameras or any cameras around the home is prohibited and you will be ask to leave the premises -Damage to any property will be your responsibility to pay for any repair or replacement -NO SMOKING OR VAPING allowed. $300 penalty will be assessed for violation with AirBnB. YOU MAY SMOKE OUTSIDE IN THE BACKYARD -NO PARTIES IN THE HOME. $500 PENALTY will be assessed and you will be escorted out the home with no refunds. -Removal of any items from the house is prohibited -No staining of the beds, mattress or sheets -Please use toilet if you need to vomit, not the linens or kitchen sink -No damages to any furniture or equipment -Use dark towels for makeup removal -Please no eating in the bed or bedrooms -Please no sleeping on the couch -No loud noise during the week after 10pm and on weekends after 12am -Someone will be available 24/7 for any emergencies on premise -Personal cell number will be provided during your stay if you have any questions or concerns -Allow 24 hours to respond to questions about the airbnb if you have not booked -Rules and regulations are enforced. Any violations of the rules or if the police is called for any reason will result in an immediate eviction without refund -By reading and booking...you are accepting and acknowledging the house rules -Please don't hesitate to ask for any additional assistance or accommodations I love to make my guest happy and return.
