This is a stylish and walkable place to stay in historic Roswell. 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths with large open living area, separate office and work out area, 2 car garage, laundry room, full kitchen, deck and more. NO SMOKING Home. Walkable (.8 mile to Canton St.) to several bars, restaurants, and hiking areas. The space This is a NO SMOKING HOME. Including the porches and deck. Large great room - fantastic for gathering. All main floor living is open to the kitchen which has 9 barstools at kitchen counter and a dining room that seats 8. Living room has a 70 inch TV and plenty of seating. Please be respectful of noise levels at all times with strict quiet times between 10 pm and 7 am. Large covered patio porch that leads out to the deck and gardens in back yard. Back yard is shared with the garden level basement apartment down stairs that is also an BNB listing. There could be a guest in the apartment down stairs during your stay. They have their own private entrance and driveway. Large laundry room located on main floor. Large 2 car garage. Primary bedroom on the main level is stylishly decorated with a king size bed. En-suite with jetted tub and large shower. 2nd bedroom on main floor has a queen bed and full bath nearby in the hallway. 3rd bedroom up stairs and has 2 double/full beds and an en-suite full bathroom. This room also has a mini crib. Upper level also has a large room with office and work out area and could place a queen size air mattress there if needed. Please no parties. We do ask for quiet times after 10pm on weekdays and 11pm on weekends. We ask this for both the main house guests and our guests in garden level apartment. *There is a garden level basement apartment in this home. That is also a separate BNB listing. The apartment has its own private driveway and entrance but is not totally soundproofed but really pretty good at keeping the noise transfer between floors to a minimum. Quiet times from 10pm to 7am for both listings. Guest access Guest can access all of main house except the basement which is a separate apartment listed on Airbnb. Guest also asked not to enter the owners pantry across from the laundry room. This house is not a primary full time rental so there will be some clothes in closet and some personal items from host. Back yard is shared with the garden level apartment guests. Other things to note Do not block the side driveway with cars in your party - as the guest in basement needs access to this side driveway. No parties. Quiet time from 10pm to 7am everyday.
