The “happy cottage” is ideal for long stay on the island (ideally workers or AUA students). It is facing a lovely garden and it is conveniently Located in a peaceful area of Crosbies. The closest beach (Dickenson bay) is only 5 minutes drive away. At walking distance a supermarket, a bar, a restaurant, a gym, a pharmacy and a hardware store. AUA is 10 minutes drive away. Pets are welcome! Electricity is not included! Internet, water, gardening and cooking gas yes. The space The cottage has a lovely private veranda with hammock, table and chairs. Inside a living room with TV and a kitchen plus 2 bedrooms with AC and a bathroom with shower. Guest access The cottage is independent. The entrance and garden is shared with the cottage next door. Other things to note Electricity bills are not included. Internet, water, cooking gas and gardener are included.
