Private room/bathroom close to Everglades & Keys

My place is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood in Homestead, close to Miami, Everglades National Park, Biscayne National Park, and the Florida Keys. Easy access to Florida's Turnpike and 45 minutes from Miami International Airport. Clean and private bedroom and bathroom for guests use exclusively. The house has a little backyard, too. You’ll love my place because of the coziness and the location. Very convenient for couples, solo adventurers on vacations, and even business travelers. Guest access There is partial access to the kitchen, which includes use of microwave, coffee/tea maker, and space to store food in the refrigerator. Full meal cooking is not allowed. Other things to note Complementary coffee and tea is offered. Please do not eat food in the bedroom. You are welcome to use the dining table, or you can eat seated outside in the backyard. Thank you!
