During the period April to October Utopia provides breakfast which is included in the existing price. Family Suite The family suite of UTOPIA LUXURY SUITES is located on the ground floor of the hotel. This is a 70 m² apartment with 18 m² balcony and jacuzzi, has two queen beds with the possibility of dividing into four singles, a sofa that becomes a double bed, two bathrooms with shower, kitchen with the possibility of preparing drinks and snacks, air condition on every space, ceiling fan and smart TV. This apartment can comfortably accommodate up to six people. Other things to note During the period April to October Utopia provides breakfast which is included in the existing price, without extra charge. The swimming pool is open from April to October. During the months of April to October you are charged the environmental fee based on law n. 4389/2016, which is 2€ per night while for the months of November to March it is 0,50€ per night.
