Beautiful home between Paris and Disneyland

A beautiful family house, totally renovated with big spaces and a nice garden. The space The house ideally located, in a quiet suburb of Paris, 5minutes from the Marne River by foot and 20minutes from Paris by car (or 45min by public transports). You will feel to be in the countryside but also in the city at the same time! Very close to Vaire sur Marne for the olimpic games. The house : on a 500m2 garden, the house is just in the middle, with a large terrace on the back. Everything is modern and confortable, tastefully furnished, for an absolutely welcoming house. We live at the end of a dead-end street so the area is very quiet. The garden is all around the house and the rooms on the est side overlook the garden and hide you from the other houses around. On the first floor you can find a big open kitchen with living room. Just next to it there is a bedroom with a nice balcony, and then the main and big bathroom with a bathtub. Going upstairs, there is the parent's room and the children room with a modern bathroom in between (these 2 rooms are 18sqm each). In our daughter's bedroom we have all toys for 6months childrens to 5 years old. We have also 2 bikes you can use, a bbq and a table tennis. (please ask in advance if you would like to use them). IMPORTANT : Please don't ask to come if you are allergic to cats! On the ground floor there is an indipendent flat (with an additional kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom). To book it, please reserve it in the other announce. Cats 🐱 We have 3 cats that live here, they like to be in the house or to go out in the garden.
