Welcome to a modern villa built in 2021 in quiet nature close to the forest and with bicycle distance to a swimming lake with a sandy beach The house is 185 m² with an open floor plan, a thatched roof and large windows. Sliding doors lead out to the south-facing patio with a hot tub. Four bedrooms, office and gym Sleeping places: two double beds (180 cm), a 105 cm bed and a 90 cm bed Two bathrooms with a shower, one of which has a bathtub. Fiber with stable Wi-Fi, 98” smart TV and Bose sound system throughout the house. Possibility to rent a car and bicycles The space 98” television Bose SoundTouch sound system throughout the house Napoleon Rogue 525 gas grill Use of a hot tub against taking care of it according to the instructions. Gym: Scaffolding, bench, barbells, plenty of weights as well as treadmills and commercial sort rowing machine.
