The space The chalet is situated on a quiet private road and has spectacular mountain views from the living areas and the 2 front bedrooms. Downstairs there is an open plan kitchen/dining room/living room, shower room and utility room. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom. The chalet has underfloor heating and a wood burning fireplace. We have unlimited firewood stacked in the garden for guests to use. There is high speed wireless internet with unlimited download and Swisscom internet TV which has over 250 channels (including Eurosport). The chalet is tucked away just below a private road, with about 20 steps to access it, so it is extremely quiet - we don't hear any traffic, only occasionally the toot of the mountain train or (in summer) cowbells from across the valley. It has a small, flat garden surrounded by hazelnut trees. There is a large terrace in front of the chalet with a gas fired BBQ, and a trampoline for children to play on. We have 2 uncovered parking spaces situated next to the steps. Two bedrooms with mountain views, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. We use high quality Egyptian cotton sheets, and the floors upstairs are oak parquet. There is also a large sofa bed in the living area. And last but not least, we are 3 minutes walk away from one of the most popular and renowned boulangerie-patisseries in the region, where you can watch chocolates being made by hand :) Guest access Entire chalet is available.
