Ideally located in the heart of the city centre, the 38m2 flat, recently renovated, is located on the 2nd floor of an old building with magnificent view on the old port. A few steps from all shops and restaurants. The beaches and the Calanques du Mugel and Figuerolles are only 15 minutes walk. The ferry to Île Verte is right in front of the building. 2 minutes from the Office de Tourisme and public transport. Access to the car park with a parking card. The space The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a charming old building (no elevator) and was fully renovated in 2021 with modern comforts. From the windows, enjoy an exceptional view (BELLE VUE) over La Ciotat’s old harbor and the rocky cliffs of Les Trois Secs. It includes a bright living room with an open-plan fully equipped kitchen and a sofa bed (140x200) with a real mattress, a bedroom with either two single beds (80x200) or one double bed (160x200), a bathroom with shower, and a separate toilet. 🛏 Bed linen and towels are provided. 💤 Bedding Configuration For a 2-person booking, the double bed is made by default. ➡️ If you would prefer separate beds (use of the sofa bed), please inform us when booking. ⚠️ Additional linen fees may apply. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and double glazing for your comfort. 🚗 If you arrive by car, we will provide you with a subscription card for access to the "Vieux Port" car park. Other things to note We would like to draw your attention to a few specific points. 1. We are committed to nature and sustainable tourism. The household products we use to do your laundry and clean your accommodation, as well as some consumables we provide, are made from natural and biodegradable ingredients sourced from committed French companies and local artisans. 2. Sheets and towels are provided. Please ensure that children do not eat on the sheets or towels as small stains from sauces or chocolate are very difficult to remove. 3. Did you know that 35% of the water used in an Airbnb is in the bathroom? You can save this precious resource with our little tips: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 💧Fill the sink for shaving instead of letting the tap run non-stop. 💧Turn off the tap when brushing your teeth. 💧 Flush the toilet only when necessary. 💧 Never use the toilet as a tissue bin. 💧A shower uses less water than a bath. 4. Turn off lights, air conditioning or heating and appliances, disconnect all chargers when not in use or when leaving the home. Do not leave doors or windows open when the air conditioning or heating is on. 5. We love pets but unfortunately cannot accept them in the house. 6. In the presence of young children, we recommend that you exercise caution in the house, as it has small stairs or steps. 7. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the house. 8. You can smoke outside, but bear in mind that the south is a fire-risk area, so make sure cigarettes are extinguished and ashtrays covered. For the same reason, charcoal barbecues and open fires are not permitted on the property. 9. We thank you for not disturbing the peace of your neighbors. 10.
