Our neighborhood is safe, and even though close to the street the room is quiet. We have 3 cute kids, and they give the house environment “Felling like a home”!! Attention: Our place is not suitable for perfectionist Guests with 5 Stars hotel expected!! The space Welcome to our humble colonial-style home, located in a peaceful cul-de-sac with just four friendly neighbors. This inviting room is situated on the second floor, offering a comfortable and cozy retreat during your stay. Featuring a queen-size mattress, a plush sofa, a spacious closet, and a desk with a chair, it’s ideal for both relaxation and work. Enjoy a safe, quiet neighborhood with zero crime, where you can unwind or explore nearby attractions. With 6 bedrooms in total, we’ve dedicated 3 rooms for Airbnb guests, ensuring a welcoming and personalized experience. Our home was built in 1986, providing a blend of classic charm and modern comforts. Whether you're here for business, a weekend getaway, or a longer stay, this room provides the perfect balance of comfort and convenience. During your stay I love meeting new people, the reason why I am hosting students or guests. However, I would respect your privacy. Just let us know if you guys need our help. Other things to note we have three kids, and they go to school Monday to Friday. I am working from home so mostly you guys will see me. our Kids go to bed around 8pm and they wake up around 7am. they usually are excited to start the day in the morning so be mindful if they are too loud. We do have another bathroom in downstairs, next to the office room. Feel free to use it.
