Description
A quaint converted 200 year old barn with many original features, perched on a ridge with no close neighbours and great views. The space The house is on two levels. The downstairs comprises of an open kitchen and dining area , bathroom and toilet. Through a lovely old door you walk through to the lounge area. Behind a curtain is the downstairs bedroom (see pictures attached). Leading out from the lounge is double doors opening onto an outdoor undercover sitting and eating area with great views, especially if it is a clear day, you can see the Pyrenees for 140km. Upstairs is my personal area, so only the downstairs is for rent (I will not be there but I close this area off). If you are after long term rental over the winter months please contact me for a price. Guest access The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need. The outside area is lovely, we have a very small wooded area and additional lawn area for relaxing. It is very peaceful and the only person who really comes past the house is the farmer collecting his bales of hay. Often the cows come and feed in front of our property. Other things to note The closest town where there is a supermarket, petrol station. bakery, butcher, cafe etc is L'isle en Dodon, a 7minute drive away.
