Cozy place with wifi near everything! This is a raised ranch home with the unit being on the lower level (fully-carpeted basement with windows). Everything is completely separate. Please note there is a unit on the main level so there are shared walls and you may hear our sweet toddler during daytime hours. Your cozy place is near Chicago, Indiana Dunes, beaches, casinos, shopping/restaurants, Deep River Water Park & more! We’re taking extra care to disinfect surfaces. We are minutes away from the expressway & just a 45-min. drive to downtown Chicago! We are less than 30 min. from Deep River Water park, casinos (10 min. from the brand new Hard Rock Casino) & beautiful Lake Michigan beaches like Indiana Dunes. Looking to stay local? NW Indiana has some great restaurants and many miles of walking/bike trails. This is like having your own apartment, complete with a spacious bedroom, cozy living room with electric fireplace, bathroom, dining room, kitchen with full size fridge, toaster oven, microwave, hot plate, French press etc... Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces such as remotes, light switches, handles etc... Other things to note FREE, open street parking There is heat and AC but it cannot be controlled from the unit. We are happy to adjust it if need be. There is an electric fireplace that provides heat that you can control. No local guests permitted (within 30 miles)
