This beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is located next to the golf course at 7 Springs Mountain Resort in the Mt. Villas condo complex. Our kitchen is equipped with all your basic needs. There is a small outside balcony. It is also located next to an outside pool to enjoy during the summer months. It is just a short, free shuttle ride to the main lodge where you can enjoy many activities. Please note: no smoking, no pets, and no grills of any kind. The space The pool is open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. The rules are listed below: -Pool Rules- 1. NO GLASS or Glass Bottles permitted in the pool or cabana area. 2. No Diving. 3. No running or rough play. 4. No Children under 14 without adult supervision. 5. No after hours swimming. 6. No Pets 7. No oversized rafts. 8. No smoking or vaping inside the pool or cabana area. KINDLY RESPECT OTHER RESIDENTS AND GUESTS AT THE POOL AND FOLLOW THE RULES No Lifeguard on Duty. Swim at your own risk. Pool Hours are 9:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M. Please lower the umbrellas when you leave or during a storm to protect them from any possible wind damage. . Please put all trash in receptacles or dumpsters, and help keep tables clean. . Please do not move tables. . Tables and chairs are first come/first served. Please, no reserving. Other things to note All shoes must be removed in the hallway entrance in the condo and no shoes should be worn in the living, kitchen, and bedrooms. Excessive salt and evidence of wearing shoes in the condo could result in additional charges and fees. Please read the HOA rules listed below. Please note that any violation of these rules that result in the HOA fining the renters or homeowner that the fine will be paid at the expense of the renter who violated the following rule(s). By booking this rental you agree to these conditions. -Quiet hours 11pm to 7am -Do not park in front of dumpsters or other illegal parking spaces. Ensure you are parked in a marked parking space. Please note that there is overflow parking between buildings 7 and 8 and behind the pool area (no blocking the office or storage units) -All garbage should be placed in the dumpster not next to it -No fireworks, drones, propane grills, or use of the fireplace (fireplaces are strictly for homeowner usage only). * Security Camera Disclosure: For the safety and security of our guests and property, there is one exterior security camera located outside the entrance of the unit. The camera monitors the exterior entry area only and does not record any interior spaces or private outdoor areas. There are no cameras inside the home.
