The place is connected via bridgeway to SM North EDSA, the biggest shopping mall north of Manila. It has lots of restaurants, Supermarkets, Banks, ATM's, Spas, Pharmacies, Fashion shops and more. my place is good for solo adventurers and couples who wish to have fun and enjoy life. The space Studio type unit with privacy room located in tower 4, 7th floor. As you stay, feel free to maximize the use of WiFi, Netflix, and other cooking equipment in the unit. After your tired day enjoy the hot shower i provided specially for you :) Guest access Guests will have access to some of the amenities with approval from the building admin. Pool access has a fee of P150 per head, weekdays only and up to 3 guests only. Plus full time access to the biggest shopping mall north of Manila, SM North EDSA. Other things to note Other things to note Strictly NO SMOKING or any prohibited substances in the unit. P15,000 penalty if you leave the place with bad smell. NO COOKING of bad smelling foods like Tuyo, Dried Squid, Bagoong and similar foods, P15,000 penalty if the place stinks of bad smelling food. P30,000 penalty for trashing up or messing up the place. For security reasons, the building has strict rules that you need to comply with. Once booking is confirmed, please send a copy of valid IDs of everyone staying in the unit before your date of arrival and check in, we need to secure a “Guest Form” indicating your name and the duration of your stay and attach copies of your IDs. You need to show this form to security personnel upon check in and as needed. P150 per pax fee per use of the swimming pool payable at the admin office. This fee goes to the building admin for maintenance of the pool and not to us, hosts. That’s why we don’t include the pool fee in the indicated rate. To avoid congestion, guests are not allowed to swim during weekends (Saturdays & Sundays) and during holidays. NO PARKING. We don’t have reserved parking slots for guests. The nearest pay parking lot open 24/7 is at the sides of the building on a first-come-first-serve basis. Or you can also park at the mall parking. We provide amenities based on the number of guests you indicated. Please indicate the actual number of guests. I can provide you a 7 seater MPV service if you are coming from NAIA Airport (pasay) for additional 1.7k (fee to the driver) all in 1 way travel from NAIA to the unit or vice versa. Except Thursday.
