Cottage can sleep up to 16 people comfortably, with one main living area. The swimming area, with sand bottom and areas of both sun and shade, is suited to all ages. If you own or rent a boat, there are miles of boating and fishing available along the Madawaska River which connects into many bodies of water, including Kamaniskeg Lake and Blackfish Bay. The 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage is equipped with central air conditioning and heat, it is a beautiful, comfortable space all year-round. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a BBQ located outdoors for your use. The screened in porch with vaulted ceiling is a great place to relax and dive into a good book or play cards on a rainy day. The large yard provides plenty of space for campfires, outdoor games and exploring. In the winter months, this is a perfect place to relax and unwind after a fun-filled day of snowmobiling, tobogganing, skating, ice fishing and skiing just one hour away. Our cottage is located just a short-ride away from the popular snowmobile trail E109. Other things to note Please note that the place sleeps 8 people on the main level and 8 people in the finished basement with full washroom. The basement consists of 2 queen over queen bunk beds.
