Pleasant and large house overlooking the Vercors

The house is located 2 km from the city center of Chabeuil, where you will find all the shops necessary for a serene stay! You will occupy a 160 m2 house on a 2000 m2 plot with superb views of the Vercors, a green and tranquil setting. Hiking, river swimming, forest, Drôme villages, a multitude of activities near Chabeuil! This is our main residence, we will of course empty the cupboards. The space 🏡 A spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful dining room will allow you to have pleasant moments! Two separate sleeping areas upstairs On one side: - 1 bedroom with 160 cm bed and shower - 1 children's bedroom with a 90 cm bed On the other side - 1 bedroom with 140 cm bed - 1 bedroom with 160 cm bed Guest access You will have access to all our spaces
