Brand new you can also charge your e-bikes or your e-car with us. The approximately 54 square meter, bright 1 room basement apartment is newly renovated and is waiting to welcome nice guests. The granny flat consists of a living and sleeping area with a double bed 140 x 200 cm, a small fully equipped kitchen and a daylight shower room with underfloor heating. For 2 adults or a family with 1 child. A high chair, a travel cot and a buggy can be provided if required. There is also an armchair available that can be pulled out into a single bed if required. A standing fan is available for the warm summer nights. In the garden there is plenty of space to relax, play with the children, have breakfast on the small terrace or have a nice barbecue. The apartment is in the basement of a detached house and is unfortunately not barrier-free (14 steps down to the front door). You can park your car in front of the house. (see image). The apartment is also the perfect starting point for outdoor activities and excursions, e.g. to the Deister, the Weserbergland or around the Steinhuder Meer.
