This beautiful condo is in a great location in Breckenridge, just minutes to Peak 8 or downtown! We are across from the Nordic center, and right next to hiking and biking trails. Warm and comfortable, the unit features a newly updated kitchen and family room. After the slopes enjoy the sauna and hot tubs on the property, and after that use our gas grill on the patio and have a great end to your ski day! -Located next to Free Shuttle -Gondola easily accessed to reach Peak 8, 7 and downtown The space is perfectly laid out to allow for a family to come together at the large bar in the kitchen area. The 50" TV is on an arm that will allow for viewing in the kitchen as well as the family room. Easy access to Breckenridge, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Vail, Copper and Beaver Creek. No need for a rental car in the Breckenridge community. We've been renting since 2003, and we try and have everything in our condo that we want when we travel. If you have any suggestions, we would be happy to hear them! You have access to all areas of the condo except for the owners closet, which is locked. You can call at any time with any questions or concerns regarding your stay. You are located approximately 10 minutes below Peak 8 (walking) and about 20 minutes (walking) uphill from the town of Breckenridge. Free shuttles whisk you to the top of Peak or or into town. The condo comes with parking for two vehicles. The Breckenridge free ride bus runs right by the condo and gives you access to Main Street and all of the mountain bases. We are a 10 minute walk uphill to Peak 8 or a 20 minute walk downhill, but we always take the bus in the winter....lazy :) -Please note that hot tub may be closed due to Covid.
