You've got a full living room with electric fireplace, dining room, full kitchen, half bath and bedroom on the first floor. Living room couch is a pullout bed as well. There's also a screened in porch with vintage rooftop views! A great outdoor WFH space! Upstairs there is a bathroom with a soaker tub, hand shower, and dual sink vanity [stand up shower available on lowest level]. There are also two bedrooms on this level. On the lowest level find your laundry, cozy stand alone shower and our "Hideaway" room for post fire-pit cocktails, selfies or if you just want to feel like you are in a speakeasy! The backyard has your private parking and aforementioned fire pit. There are Smart TVs in every bedroom and the living room. We've even got a 1930's era phone in the first floor bedroom that rings, but sadly doesn't dial out. But feel free to call from your cell phone just for kicks! The phone number is provided. And there is also landline in the first floor bedroom basket if you need it. NOTE: On busy weekends cell phone calls can be spotty with all of the visitors. Texts usually do work if you can't call out. The whole house is yours! You'll be on the best residential street in Galena! Take a stroll either direction to see amazing vintage homes, churches and buildings. Walk around the corner to Main Street and you've got all the great shops, bars and restaurants! Walk two more blocks to the river and across the pedestrian bridge to Grant Park. The Galena History Museum is three blocks away. The historic First Presbyterian Church is across the street. The United Methodist Church where President Grant attended when he lived in Galena is one block away. On top of that the neighbors are super friendly!! This is a great walking neighborhood! Most weekdays parking right on the street is not a problem. It gets kind of crowded on weekends. That's when private parking in back becomes a perk! One of the best things about Galena is the hills. It makes for wonderful views and easy workouts! You'll enter using a smart lock at the front of the house. That is your primary access. You'll get a code for check in.
