Relax on the patio with a fire pit and enjoy views of the 11th fairway. 3 beds/2 baths (1 king, 1 queen, 2 twins). Large, well-stocked kitchen with breakfast nook and formal dining space. Cozy living room with wood stove. Friendly and safe neighborhood with sidewalks everywhere for walking with dining and shopping nearby. Central heat and air conditioning. Fenced yard. Dogs on approval. The space The master bedroom has a king size bed, ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, and office space. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. There are dressers and closet space in all rooms. There is also extra bedding, pillows, towels, etc. There is a washer and dryer in the house. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking items and lots of dishes, glasses, serving dishes, silverware, and utensils. There is a bar stocked with wine, whiskey, and champagne glasses. Guest access You will have the entire home to yourself. We will provide a code to access the house before you arrive. Other things to note Our house sits on the Lakeview Municipal Golf Course in Meridian. You can enjoy golfing, or hang out at the club house as you don't have to be a member to go there. They have an inexpensive menu so is an option for lunch, dinner, or cocktails. Our yard is fully fenced in the back so is ideal if you are bringing a dog. It's a great neighborhood to walk in. There is a grocery store (Albertsons) about a mile away, and a Walmart Super Center about 1.5 miles. There is a Costco about 2.5 miles away. Lots of great shopping nearby.
