Our residential building is divided into separate units, much like a multi-family setup. Your unit is at the lower level and it includes everything that a normal apartment unit has, including kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. It also has its own entrance door, ensuring that you won't be sharing any of these spaces with others. However, the laundry room is a common space not located within your room or the other unit's room, its a room that located on the stairway and it’s shared with the building. You will have at least 2 days each week to use the laundry room. Guest access laundry room is shared. Other things to note It's a unit that was converted from a garage. Note that there's no living room here, but it is fully functional and comes with a very budget-friendly price. Our Airbnb rental is offered budget friendly and on the lower price tier.
