In the event of a maintenance problem during your stay, we will do everything in our power to repair the problem as soon as possible once we receive notification of it. No refund or readjustment of the rate will be made in cases of eventualities of mechanical failures such as electricity supply, water, cable or television services, electronic equipment, etc. It is the guest's responsibility to report any problems or damages that occur to us. · The total number of people allowed in the villa at any one time is restricted to the number of people for which it is booked. In the event that a group misunderstands, the payment of the additional persons will be required immediately and/or they may be requested to leave the cabin without applying any type of refund. · Before reserving the cabin it is your responsibility to inform the number of people who will occupy it and if there is any special health condition (allergies, heart conditions, motor conditions) or any special requirement relevant to your accommodation.
