Mill-Farm with a private river/waterfall for bathing!

Former Asturian Mill. Asturian Heritage. Secluded, in the heart of the Dark Valley, traversed by the Cabra River and surrounded by mountains and forest. We have chickens, sheep, cats, dogs, cows,donkey...you enjoy seeing grazing in the adjoining praos. Own walking trails. 1.5km to the BEACH The soundband of the gardening waterfall, passing the river below the house is UNiCA. 40min from PICOS EUROPA A 10' LLANES A 10' SAN VICENTE It's next to everything BUT secluded from everything. The space 220m2 house. Lower Floor: Entrance. Kitchen/small dining room. Living room - large main dining room, toilet with shower. Typical Asturian mill. First Floor: 5 rooms , 3 full size and 6 single beds. Living room, bathroom (2 showers). Other things to note * We have cows, donkeys, sheep, dogs, cats ...in the surrounding praos in semi-liberty, so if you want to do agrotourism it would be possible at no cost. * The house is for use and enjoyment intact, but on a daily basis, usually at sunrise and at the end of the day we come to feed the animals and do work nearby. The path is on the way to the farms where our livestock is. Some fisherman may also come by on time. * There is no Wi-Fi or TV antenna. It is not possible. Not all phones have a network. The Molino never knew the technology, it's a virgin. Walking to the bridge of the house you get red. Vodafone and Lowi if they have a signal. * Sometimes ( given the geographical location and characteristics of the surroundings) there is humidity in the bathroom floor and in the living room. * Full availability for the private enjoyment of the garden by the river, waterfall and pools. * If the environment is explored ( outside the house portholes) please be caution, there are loose animals, electric shepherds, deep water etc. *It is strictly forbidden to feed the animals. * We ask to enjoy the nature that surrounds us and the animals with the utmost respect. ( DO not harm, nor kill any kind of being IMPTE) we are in a Protected Space and Heritage of the Principality. *check out 11am. A charge of 50€/h of delay will be applied. Only then can we offer you a stay of these extraordinary characteristics.
